Loveno è un tranquillo paese a circa 2 km dal centro di Menaggio in leggera collina, a mio avviso in una posizione stupenda e ben servita: pizzeria ristorante, trattoria, bar, minimarket, campi da tennis, calcetto, volley e basket, c'é pure un percorso vita, inoltre è un ottimo punto di partenza per diverse passeggiate in montagna. L'appartamento è situato al terzo piano di una vecchia casa nel centro storico di Loveno ed è composto da:una stanza da letto, bagno e soggiorno con angolo cottura. Da qui si gode di una bella e romantica vista sul lago di Como e sui monti circostanti. TV satellitare e posizione tranquilla. L'appartamento dispone di 3 posti letto. Dista circa 50m dal lago e si trova nella piccola e pittoresca frazione di Menaggio denominata Nobiallo. Questo antico borgo con i suoi caratteristici vicoli, sorge a circa 1km dal centro di Menaggio. L'appartamento si può raggiungere con l'automobile per carico e scarico. Ci sono diversi parcheggi nei dintorni. C'é anche un piccolo negozio di alimentari a pochi metri. In the small village with its narrow streets there is no traffic. The house can be reached by car to load and unload. There are parking places at 50m from the house. There is also a small alimentary shop at 50m from the house. The apartment is in the second floor and consists in: two bedrooms, a livingroom with balcony overlooking the lake and fire place, kitchen, bathroom and diningroom.There are a total of six beds. Das Haus war ein Kloster ist aber seit laengerer Zeit renoviert worden. Es liegt nur 50 m vom See in einer ruhigen Lage. Im antiken Dorfzentrum mit seinen engen Gassen, gibt es keinen Autoverkehr. Man kann fuer das Ein- und Ausladen das Haus mit dem Auto anfahren. Es gibt Parkplaetze ca. 50 m vom Haus entfernt.
