This is my holiday apartment in Nobiallo di Menaggio.
The house used to be a monastery but it has been renovated years ago.
The house is situated 50m from the lake in the
small picturesque village of Nobiallo.
The village is just 1km from Menaggio.
In the small village with its narrow streets
there is no traffic.
The house can be reached by car
to load and unload.
There are parking places at 50m from the house.
There is also a small alimentary shop at 50m from the house.
The apartment is in the second floor

The apartment disposes over sat tv.
From the balcony, where there are chairs and a small table, you have the most wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The house has a quiet position.
The price depends on the season
and the amount of people.
It lies between 49 Euro and 69 Euro per day.
